Referral Program

We hope the care you receive from Houston Uptown Dentists will encourage you to recommend us to your friends and family. A referral is the greatest compliment we can receive. To show you our appreciation, we have implemented an exciting new referral program: The Smile Initiative. The goal of this program is to give thanks to patients like you, while giving back to the community.

How The Smile Initiative program works:

  • When new patients complete a “new patient” form, they have the option to list who referred them to Houston Uptown Dentists.
  • Houston Uptown Dentists will then contact the referring patient informing them they are eligible to participate in The Smile Initiative.

The five important Houston charities to which referring patients may choose to donate:

  • Bo’s Place – a non-profit organization whose goal is to enhance the lives of those who have experienced the death of a loved one.
  • Dress For Success – a non-profit organization that provides interview suits, confidence boosts, and career development to low-income women entering the workforce.
  • The Neuhaus Education Center – a non-profit organization dedicated to preventing reading failure and providing teachers professional development in research-based methods of literacy instruction.
  • The CHRISTUS Stehlin Foundation – a nationally recognized leader in cancer research located in Houston.
  • The Center For Success and Independence – a non-profit organization that provides comprehensive treatment to youth, ages 12-17, with behavioral, emotional, and addictive disorders that are interfering with effective functioning in life.
